Ashtanga Yoga is the system of yoga preserved and transmitted by its great exponent, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. It is designed to purify the body and still the mind. The practice is characterized by Vinyasa, the precise coordination of movement with breath from posture to posture.

Class Schedule

Early Morning Class
Mysore-style:
Sunday, 8 – 10am
Monday – Thursday, 5:30 – 8:30am
Led Primary Series:
Friday, 6 – 7:30am

Late Morning Class (Starts September 20th)
Mysore-style:
Sunday, 8 – 10am
Monday – Thursday, 10:30–11:45am

First Sunday of Each Month:
Led Primary Series, 8 – 9:30am (in lieu of Mysore-style class)

New students are welcome to register anytime (one-month minimum).

We encourage new students to come observe a class first. This usually answers most questions. Times to observe are Mon-Thurs morning between 6:00 – 8:00am or between 10:30–11:30am.

We offer a special package for out-of-town students whose attendance is consistent.
