At Ashtanga Yoga Boston, we are interested in providing a solid foundation for every student’s practice. We are particularly interested in helping beginners start and establish a daily routine.

To that end, we regularly offer workshops based on the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga which include the breath, bandhas (core locks) and drishti (gazing point).
